- Ideas- Feel free to share the your ideas with me, and I will give you a quote of the cost.
- Deposit- Once you agree, I require 50% deposit to secure the slot. There will be no changing design and stones after this.
- Approval- Once the payment has been received, I will start the project.
- Production- I will send you pictures from time to time, to show you how the progress.
- Payment- Once the project is finished, the remainder of the payment is due.
- Delivery- I will use either Fedex or DHL for all global shipping.
Please note there is no exchange or return for all custom projects. Each project will take roughly 2 to 4 weeks to work on. If you are in urgent need of your item, please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.
